What's the difference between Free and Pro?
The free plan includes 1 inbox with unlimited tickets. Pro gives you unlimited inboxes. Both plans include all features. Fair usage applies.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time. If you cancel, you keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan.
Is there a per-seat or per-agent fee?
No. Mailero is currently designed for individual use. One account, one price. No per-seat charges.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt). We do not transfer data outside the EU.
Can I use my own email domain?
Yes. You can configure a custom email address so replies appear to come from your domain, not ours.
